League of Legends side T1's general manager Choi "Polt" Seong-hun has his sights set on winning the LCK Summer Split but insists his team will not be comparing it to their undefeated Spring Split campaign.
In the upcoming LEC Summer, meanwhile, Team Vitality are 4/7 to beat MAD Lions, who can be backed at 5/4 to come out on top.
The LCK Summer Split is on the horizon and manager "Polt" was speaking as part of the event's media day.
"Polt" saw his T1 side thoroughly impress in the LCK Spring Split earlier this year as they won all 18 of their matches in the regular season before beating Kwangdong Freecs and Gen.G Esports to win the playoffs.
And they followed that with a superb performance in the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational, eventually losing in the final to China's Royal Never Give Up.

However, T1 have earned a reputation for performing better in the earlier stages of the season and then flopping in the Summer Split.
And while "Polt" does not believe this is a massive cause for concern, he also confirmed the team will not be looking to match their spring performances in the summer split.
Asked why T1 typically perform worse in the Summer Split than the Spring Split, "Polt" replied: "I wasn't an insider in the past so I'm not sure why the team didn't perform as well in the summer.
"In the current state, we were undefeated through spring so I don't think it's possible to do better than that.
"I won't try to match our spring season's results but we'll still be trying to win the championship again."
