VALORANT side DarkZero Esports have completed their roster for the new season with the signing of Jamal "jammyz" Bangash in time for the first NA VCT open qualifier of 2022.
In the VALORANT Marcos Invitational Cup, meanwhile, Team Valor are 8/15 to win against FS Esports, who are 11/8 to prevail.
Las Vegas organization DarkZero Esports made a name for themselves in Rainbow Six Siege before moving across to VALORANT late last year, having taken over the Kooky Koalas roster.
The Koalas had been the only team without an organization attached to make it to a NA Challengers main event last year and were in demand.
However, the changes have not had an immediately positive impact on the roster and Nick "Harmon" Harmon and coach Zack "huuaw" Solomon have since departed.
With the permanent signing of "jammyz", who has featured in a handful of tournaments for them, DarkZero will be hoping they can get back on track.

He has previously acted as a stand-in for Version1 at the Master Reykjavk and also had trials with Evil Geniuses and Kansas City Pioneers.
But he has decided to move to DarkZero and will hope he can help them get off to a winning start in the upcoming NA VCT Open qualifier, which starts on Thursday.
Following their latest addition, DarkZero Esports wrote on Twitter: "Today we announce the finalization of our VALORANT roster with the signing of Jamal @jammyzx Bangash.
