With the CFL playoff picture starting to take shape, we’ve provided a preview of all four Week 15 matchups.
The first matchup of the Week 15 slate is a rematch of last weekend, where the Argonauts continued their quest for back-to-back Grey Cups with a convincing 39-10 win over the Alouettes. That kept them on pace with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers as the first teams to reach double-digit wins.
Despite being the only team with double-digit losses, the Elks were able to get a win over the Calgary Stampeders last weekend. However, now they’ll be on the road, where they’re just 1-5 this season. The Roughriders are coming off a loss themselves, as they look to get over .500 for just the second time this season.
The Blue Bombers lived up to their name and their league-leading offensive statistics with an incredible 51-6 win over the aforementioned Roughriders last weekend. The Tiger-Cats were able to get a win themselves, but already allowed 42 points to Winnipeg earlier this season.
Week 15 caps off with a BC Lions team that is coming off a bye and is now the biggest favorites of the weekend. Outside of the Argonauts and Blue Bombers, they look to be the only team who can stand in their way, and the Redblacks are sitting in last place in the East Division. They’re also losers of six straight, and the Lions have allowed the fewest points this season.
